Standard & Next Day Delivery

Standard UK Delivery
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.

If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Next Day Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour and will obtain a signature.

Your carrier will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left.

You can contact your carrier to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in.

Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note deliveries to areas outside UK Mainland may take a little longer.
We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes and any PO Box addresses.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is only available for UK Mainland. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes, any PO Box addresses and some Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes (see table below for detail).

Click & Collect

Go to our store locator to find your nearest Click & Collect store.

We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to be collected and if you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text.

To track your parcel, please use the 16-digit tracking ID found in your dispatch confirmation email.

Click & Collect orders will take up to 3 working days to arrive in store. Orders will be delivered to our stores on Monday - Saturday. You will receive your confirmation email once the order arrives in the store.

If you haven’t received an email or text within 3 working days from when you placed your order and we haven't advised you of a delay, please contact our Customer Services Team.

To collect your order you'll need to provide:

  • Proof of ID (the card used to make the purchase, a utility bill or your Driving License)
  • Delivery confirmation email or order number

When in store, please go to the till point or follow signage for Click& Collect to collect your parcel.

Yes, and they will need to show:

  • your ID, where the name matches the name on the parcel
  • your order confirmation email or text message

We will hold your order for 14 days from the day it arrives in store.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery location. We can extend the period we hold the order in-store by up to seven days, or if you cannot collect your order, we can arrange for a refund – please contact our Customer Services Team.

If you have changed your mind and do not want your order anymore, please let us know by completing the contact usform and we will process a refund for you. Please only contact us after you’ve received confirmation that the parcel has arrived in store, as its only then we will be able to start the refund process for you.

Please allow 10 working days to receive your refund.
