Click & Collect orders will take up to 3 business days to arrive in store. Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready and if you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text.
Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday. You’ll need to bring proof of ID and your order number when you come to pick it up.
To track your parcel, please use the 15-digit tracking ID found in your dispatch confirmation email on dpd.co.uk.
To collect your order you'll need to bring proof of ID (the card used to make the purchase or a Utility Bill or your Driving License) along with your delivery confirmation email or order number and your signature.
When in store, please go to the till point or follow directional signage for Click & Collect to collect your parcel.
All our stores are currently closed and we cannot say when they will reopen.
If you have a click and collect order waiting in one of our stores, we would be happy to cancel your order and give you a full refund if you would like us to.
Alternatively we can keep hold of your order until after the store has reopened.
If you have an outstanding click and collect order with us, please contact us on email@example.com to discuss which option you’d like to take.
If you cancel your order, please note that the refund may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands but deliveries may take a little longer. We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland. Check which postcodes this affects here.
Available for UK Mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands.

Standard UK Delivery
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour and post a card advising you where they have left it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you have not had any communication from us to advise of a delay please call us on 0192 347 3561, Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. Alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to track a missing order.
Next Day Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour but will always obtain a signature. DPD will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left. Alternatively, you can contact DPD to rearrange delivery on a different day.
