We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands but deliveries may take a little longer. We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland. Check which postcodes this affects here.

Available for UK Mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands.

If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbour and post a card advising you where they have left it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you have not had any communication from us to advise of a delay please call us on 0192 347 3561 between the hours of 9am to 6am, Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm, Saturday or email us at customerservice@tjxeurope.com to track a missing order.

Next Day Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour but will always obtain a signature. DPD will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left. Alternatively, you can contact DPD to rearrange delivery on a different day.

To track your parcel, please use the 16-digit tracking ID found in your despatch confirmation email on hermesworld.com.

Next Day Delivery

To track your parcel, please use the 15-digit tracking ID found in your despatch confirmation email on dpd.co.uk.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect will cost £1.99 for orders less than £50, free for orders over £50

Collection available from store within 3 business days. Orders will be available for collection from store for 14 days. To track your parcel, please use the 15-digit tracking ID found in your dispatch confirmation email on dpd.co.uk.

To collect your parcel your signature is required and you'll need bring proof of ID (the card used to make the puchase or a Utility Bill or your Driving License) along with your delivery confirmation email or order number. 

When in store, please go to the till point or follow directional signage to collect your parcel.
