Festive Returns Policy
From 1 October 2026 to 14 January 2027, items purchased in store or online with either a gift receipt or full receipt can be exchanged for either goods or a gift card to the same value in store only.If you’d like a refund, simply return the item within 28 days of the date of purchase, along with a full receipt and your original method of payment.
Remember, normal conditions of return still apply, gift cards are excluded from the policy and anything you return needs to be accompanied by a valid receipt and be in its original condition.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Standard & Next Day Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.
If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Next Day Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour and will obtain a signature.
Your carrier will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left.
You can contact your carrier to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in.
Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note deliveries to areas outside UK Mainland may take a little longer.
We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes and any PO Box addresses.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is only available for UK Mainland. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes, any PO Box addresses and some Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes (see below for detail):

Click & Collect
To collect your order you'll need to provide:
- Proof of ID (the card used to make the purchase, your passport or your Driving License)
- Accepted forms of ID are Passport, Driving Licence, & Credit or Debit card (physical or digital)
- Delivery confirmation email or order number
When in store, please go to the till point or follow signage for Click& Collect to collect your parcel.
Yes, and they will need to show:
- your ID, where the name matches the name on the parcel
- your order confirmation email or text message
Dynamic Delivery FAQs
Large items include furniture, selected accent pieces, and certain rugs. If an item has a large item delivery charge, this will be clearly shown on the product page and again at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard Delivery: £9.99
Next Day Delivery: £11.99, where available*

Your delivery times won't change. If you choose Next Day Delivery, our service availability and exclusions will still apply.
If your order is damaged when you receive it, the quickest and easiest way to return it is to visit your local TK Maxx store where we can arrange a refund. Alternatively, complete the Contact Us form providing the Order Number and details of the damaged item(s), including several photos of the damage.
If your order includes one or more large items, you'll only pay one larger item delivery fee per order.
