We have identified a quality issue with the Urban Balcony Foldable Hanging Chair. The straps may fail during use causing the chair to collapse. This issue does not affect any other styles of hanging chair.

The product was on sale in TK Maxx and Homesense stores between April 2021 and July 2021. The batch number 50 245431 is printed on the sewn-in label of the cushion.
If you purchased the product, please stop using it immediately and return to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
