Full Terms & Conditions 

1.    This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over, excluding anyone directly professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion. 

2.    Purchase is necessary. Internet access, TK Maxx app and a valid email address are required. 

3.    Promotion Period: 
a.    Purchase Period: Make a purchase between 00:01 GMT on 19 March 2026 and 23:59 BST on 19 April 2026 (inclusive).
b.    Entry Period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on 19 March 2026 and 23:59 BST on 22 April 2026 (inclusive).

4.    To Enter: 
a.    During the Purchase Period, open the TK Maxx app (or download for free from the App Store, Google Play Store or similar) and make a purchase on the app. 
b.    Following your purchase, you will then be sent an email with a link within 2 days of the purchase. During the Entry Period, click on the unique link and select your Festival choice and date(s) (based on availability of dates for that Festival) to enter the relevant Prize draw for that Festival and one of the dates selected. 

5.    Further Entry Details: 
a.    If an entrant selects multiple dates, the Promoter will enter them into the Prize draw that has the least entries as of 23:59 BST on 22 April 2026. In the event that this is not possible, then the date will be at the Promoter’s discretion, though it will be one of the dates provided by the winner upon entry.  
b.    Entrants can download the TK Maxx app at www.apps.apple.com/gb/app/tk-maxx-fashion-home-beauty/id6743769372 for Apple users and www.play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tjx.tkmaxx&hl=en_GB for Android users. 
c.    If you make an additional purchase after your first purchase, you will receive an automatic additional entry into the Prize draw you were originally entered into. 
d.    Maximum of 1 entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. 1 entry per purchase.
e.    Maximum of 1 Prize per person. 
f.    The entrant will only be entered into 1 Prize draw per entry. There will be 137 Prize draws in total.  
g.    You can opt out of a Prize draw by not clicking the link sent to you by email pursuant to paragraph 4.b. or at any time by emailing Treasure_queries@tjx.com.

6.    The Prizes: Subject to the total number of entries per Festival exceeding the projected minimum number of Prizes/winners per Festival set out below there will be a minimum number of 13 Prizes/winners per Festival (3,205 in total).  Prizes are as follows with each 2 x tickets (General Admission or VIP) being a "Prize":

a.    Bedford Park Summer Sessions – minimum of 88 winners: 
i.    42 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Bedford Park Summer Sessions between 02/07/2026 and 05/07/2026;
ii.    46 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Bedford Park Summer Sessions between 02/07/2026 and 05/07/2026.
b.    Cardiff Castle – minimum of 493 winners: 
i.    243 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Cardiff Castle between 11/06/2026 and 15/08/2026;
ii.    250 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Cardiff Castle between 11/06/2026 and 15/08/2026.
c.    Edinburgh Festival – minimum of 153 winners:
i.    71 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Edinburgh Festival Fringe between 21/07/2026 and 29/07/2026; 
ii.    82 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Edinburgh Festival Fringe between 21/07/2026 and 29/07/2026.
d.    Latitude Festival – minimum of 13 winners:
i.    13 winners will each win 2 x General Admission Camping tickets to The Latitude Festival between 23/07/2026 and 26/07/2026; 
e.    Lincoln Castle – minimum of 280 winners: 
i.    136 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Lincoln Castle between 11/06/2026 and 28/06/2026; 
ii.    144 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Lincoln Castle between 11/06/2026 and 28/06/2026.
f.    Llangollen Pavillion – minimum of 205 winners: 
i.    97 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Llangollen Pavillion between 24/06/2026 and 05/07/2026;
ii.    108 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Llangollen Pavillion between 24/06/2026 and 05/07/2026.
g.    Lytham Festival – minimum of 115 winners: 
i.    55 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Lytham Festival between 01/07/2026 and 05/07/2026; 
ii.    60 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Lytham Festival between 01/07/2026 and 05/07/2026.
h.    Powderham Castle – minimum of 90 winners: 
i.    42 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Powderham Castle between 25/06/2026 and 28/06/2026;
ii.    48 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Powderham Castle between 25/06/2026 and 28/06/2026.
i.    Scarborough Open Air Theatre – minimum of 645 winners: 
i.    321 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Scarborough Open Air Theatre between 05/06/2026 and 22/08/2026;
ii.    324 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Scarborough Open Air Theatre between 05/06/2026 and 22/08/2026.
iii.    James Taylor 16/07/2026 and Tom Jones 25/07/2026 shows are seated tickets only.  
j.    Southampton Summer Sessions – minimum of 228 winners: 
i.    110 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Southampton Summer Sessions between 12/06/2026 and 27/06/2026;
ii.    118 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Southampton Summer Sessions between 12/06/2026 and 27/06/2026.
k.    The Piece Hall, Halifax – minimum of 895 winners: 
i.    451 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at The Piece Hall, Halifax between 06/06/2026 and 28/08/2026;
ii.    444 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at The Piece Hall, Halifax between 06/06/2026 and 28/08/2026. 

The allocation of General Admission and VIP tickets will be random.

7.    Winner Selection: Provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period for each Prize draw as per the table below. 137 Prize draws will be conducted in total. For your total confidence, the Prize draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. All winners will be contacted by TK Maxx with their unique code to redeem their ticket by 22 May 2026.

8.    Winner Notification: Provisional winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Subject to confirming identity and eligibility (if required by the Promoter), provisional winners will be contacted by the Promoter via the email address linked to their TK Maxx account within 7 working days of the relevant Prize draw with a unique Ticketmaster code and link to claim their Prize at the Ticketmaster website. 

9.    Redeeming the Prize: To redeem their Prize, winners must follow the instructions in their confirmation email. Winners must click on the link to the Ticketmaster website sent in their confirmation email. On the Ticketmaster website, winners must add their winning Festival date tickets to their basket and enter their unique Ticketmaster code at the Ticketmaster checkout. Winners will then be sent their tickets by Ticketmaster. If a winner has not redeemed their Prize by entering their unique code on Ticketmaster at least 4 days before the date of the relevant Festival, the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter may re-award/use the Prize at its discretion. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received their ticket from Ticketmaster within 2 working days of entering their unique code, the winner must contact Ticketmaster’s customer service team at https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us. If a winner does not do so, Ticketmaster reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

10.    Further Prize Details and Conditions: 
a.    Any guests must be 18+.
b.    The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Festival organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Festival organiser, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Festival related rules may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Festival/venue.
c.    At the venue, you will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct and we reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any party who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.  
d.    If you are refused entry to a venue, we reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows and the tickets will not be replaced with others.

j.    For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, hospitality, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions or confirmed otherwise in writing by the Promoter to a winner and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. 
k.    Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
l.    Bedford Summer Sessions Festival:
i.    The VIP Retreat tickets include a fast-track entrance with direct access to the concert arena. Separate dispense bar facilities, high quality food traders, access to premium toilet facilities, picnic benches/tables and souvenir wristbands. 
m.    Cardiff Depot Live at Cardiff Castle:
i.    The Premium Viewing Platform tickets includes event ticket to the show, access via the South Gate (City Centre), to a private bar & luxury toilet.  
n.    Edinburgh Festival:
i.    The VIP Garden Ticket provides an exclusive area within the event arena, offering views of the Main Stage and access to a variety of street food offerings, seating, enhanced toilet facilities and an exclusive indoor lounge and bar. 
ii.    The VIP Garden area will remain open until 11pm, with bars closing shortly before. 
iii.    A VIP Ticket does not guarantee you access to the front standing area - this is available to all ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.
o.    Latitude Festival:
i.    The General Weekend Admission Tickets include General weekend camping ticket.

p.    Lincoln Castle:
i.    The Premium General Admission Tickets include a standing ticket in general admission, plus 2 x free drinks vouchers per ticket holder. 
q.    Llangollen Pavillion:
i.    The Premium General Admission Tickets include a standing ticket in general admission, plus 2 x free drinks vouchers per ticket holder. 
r.    Lytham Festival: 
i.    The VIP tickets include a premium view at the front of the stage, private bar and premium food options to purchase, premium toilet facilities & a Souvenir Lytham Festival Wristband.
s.    Powderham Castle:
i.    The VIP tickets include a premium view at the front of the stage, private bar and premium food options to purchase, premium toilet facilities & a Souvenir Lytham Festival Wristband.
t.    Scarborough Open Air Theatre Festival: 
i.    The General Admission Standing tickets include Standing ticket in the General Admission area.
ii.    The Premium tickets include seats in the lower half of the blocks, with a good view of the stage.
u.    Southampton Summer Sessions:
i.    The Premium General Admission Tickets include a standing ticket in general admission, plus 2 x free drinks vouchers per ticket holder. 
v.    The Piece Hall, Halifax Festival: 
i.    The VIP balcony tickets include fast track private entrance into the event, access to the covered balcony areas for upper-level viewing throughout the even, exclusive access to the private balcony bar & separate balcony toilet facilities.

11.    Subject to paragraphs 12 and 13, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to Treasure_queries@tjx.com, the winner’s surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.

12.    Entrants to the Promotion shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 11. You can object by contacting Treasure_queries@tjx.com.

13.    Without prejudice to paragraphs 11 and 12 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 11 to the Advertising Standards Authority upon their request.

14.    The Promoter may contact the winners and request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.

15.    The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a.    Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b.    Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 

c.    Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d.    Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e.    Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f.    Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g.    Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 

h.    Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

16.    The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes and/or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

17.    No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the TKMaxx App.

18.    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20107) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19.    The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

20.    All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.tkmaxx.com/uk/en/privacy-cookie-policy.

21.    If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

22.    By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

23.    If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. 

24.    These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
