1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who are Treasure members at the point of purchase, excluding anyone directly professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion
2. Purchase is necessary. Internet access, Treasure account and a valid email address are required.
Purchase Period:
Make a purchase between 00:01 BST on 27 March 2025 and 23:59 BST on 21 April 2025 (inclusive).
3. Promotion Period
Purchase Period: Make a purchase between 00:01 BST on 27 March 2025 and 23:59 BST on 21 April 2025 (inclusive).
Entry Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on 28 March 2025 and 23:59 BST on 23 April 2025 (inclusive).
To Enter:
During the Purchase Period, make a purchase in-store at a TK Maxx or Homesense and scan your Treasure card at the checkout or make a purchase online at www.tkmaxx.com/uk/en/ and ensure you are logged into your Treasure account before you checkout.
Following your purchase, you will then be sent an email with a link within 4 days of the purchase. During the Entry Period, click on the unique link and select your Festival choice and date(s) (based on availability of dates for that Festival) to enter the relevant Prize draw for that Festival and one of the dates selected.
5. Further Entry Details:
If an entrant selects multiple dates, the Promoter will enter them into the Prize draw that has the least entries as of 23:59 BST on 23 April 2025. In the event that this is not possible, then the date will be at the Promoter’s discretion, though it will be one of the dates provided by the winner upon entry.
If you make an additional purchase after your first purchase, you will receive an automatic additional entry into the Prize draw you were originally entered into.
Maximum of one entry per person per day per (i) TK Maxx store, (ii) Homesense store, or (iii) online purchase respectively. Maximum of three (3) entries per person per day in total.
Maximum of 1 Prize per person.
For online purchases, a customer must be logged into their Treasure account for the purchase to be deemed as an eligible entry.
The entrant will only be entered into one Prize draw per entry. There will be 98 Prize draws in total.
You can opt out of a Prize draw by not clicking the link sent to you by email pursuant to paragraph 4.b. or at any time by emailing Treasure_queries@tjx.com.

Subject to the total number of entries per Festival exceeding the projected minimum number of Prizes/winners per Festival set out below there will be a minimum number of 24 Prizes/winners per Festival (3,442 in total). Prizes are as follows with each 2 x tickets (General Admission or VIP) being a "Prize":

Scarborough Festival Open Air Theatre – minimum of 612 winners:
410 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Scarborough Open Air Theatre between 11/06/2025 and 13/08/2025;
202 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Scarborough Open Air Theatre between 11/06/2025 and 13/08/2025.
Lytham Festival – minimum of 156 winners:
98 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Lytham between 02/07/2025 and 06/07/2025;
58 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Lytham between 02/07/2025 and 06/07/2025.
The Piece Hall, Halifax Festival – minimum of 1258 winners:
852 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at The Piece Hall, Halifax between 06/06/2025 and 24/08/2025;
406 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at The Piece Hall, Halifax between 06/06/2025 and 24/08/2025.
Cardiff Castle – minimum of 422 winners:
280 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Cardiff Castle between 12/06/2025 and 01/08/2025;
142 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Cardiff Castle between 12/06/2025 and 01/08/2025.
Bedford Summer Sessions – minimum of 232 winners:
150 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Bedford Summer Sessions between 03/07/2025 and 13/07/2025;
82 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Bedford Summer Sessions between 03/07/2025 and 13/07/2025.
Derby Summer Sessions – minimum of 232 winners:
150 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Derby Summer Sessions between 04/07/2025 and 13/07/2025;
82 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Derby Summer Sessions between 04/07/2025 and 13/07/2025.
Plymouth Summer Sessions – minimum of 134 winners:
88 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Plymouth Summer Sessions between 12/06/2025 and 15/06/2025;
46 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Plymouth Summer Sessions between 12/06/2025 and 15/06/2025.
Southampton Summer Sessions – minimum of 308 winners:
202 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Southampton Summer Sessions between 13/06/2025 and 29/06/2025;
106 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets plus 2 drinks vouchers per person (4 in total) to one day at Southampton Summer Sessions between 13/06/2025 and 29/06/2025.
Edinburgh Summer Sessions – minimum of 24 winners:
12 winners will each win 2 x General Admission tickets to one day at Edinburgh Summer Sessions on 22/08/2025;
12 winners will each win 2 x VIP tickets to one day at Edinburgh Summer Sessions on 22/08/2025.
Latitude Festival – minimum of 26 winners:
14 winners will each win 2 x General Admission weekend tickets to Latitude Festival between 24/07/2025 and 27/07/2025;
12 winners will each win 2 x VIP weekend tickets to Latitude Festival between 24/07/2025 and 27/07/2025.
The allocation of General Admission and VIP tickets will be random.
Winner Selection:
Provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period for each Prize draw as per the table below. 98 Prize draws will be conducted in total. For your total confidence, the Prize draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. All winners will be contacted by Treasure with their unique code to redeem their ticket by 14th May 2025.

Winner Notification and Prize Redemption Terms
Winner Notification:
Provisional winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Subject to confirming identity and eligibility (if required by the Promoter), provisional winners will be contacted by the Promoter via the email address linked to their Treasure account within 7 working days of the relevant Prize draw with a unique Ticketmaster code and link to claim their Prize at the Ticketmaster website.
Redeeming the Prize:
To redeem their Prize, winners must follow the instructions in their confirmation email. Winners must click on the link to the Ticketmaster website sent in their confirmation email. On the Ticketmaster website, winners must add their winning Festival date tickets to their basket and enter their unique Ticketmaster code at the Ticketmaster checkout. Winners will then be sent their tickets by Ticketmaster. If a winner has not redeemed their Prize by entering their unique code on Ticketmaster at least 4 days before the date of the relevant Festival, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may re-award/use the Prize at its discretion. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received their ticket from Ticketmaster within 2 working days of entering their unique code, the winner must contact Ticketmaster’s customer service team at Ticketmaster Help. If a winner does not do so, Ticketmaster reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

Any guests must be 18+.
The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Festival organiser reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Festival organiser, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Festival related rules may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Festival/venue.
At the venue, you will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct and we reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any party who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly.
If you are refused entry to a venue, we reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows and the tickets will not be replaced with others.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, hospitality, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions or confirmed otherwise in writing by the Promoter to a winner and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
Scarborough Open Air Theatre Festival:

Cardiff Castle:
The VIP tickets include: - Event ticket to the show, access via the South Gate (City Centre) - Access to a private bar, access to luxury toilets. Please note this ticket is for 18+.Bedford Summer Sessions Festival:
The VIP tickets include dedicated entrance for fast track access into The Retreat, with direct access to concert arena. The VIP tickets include access toSubject to paragraphs 12 and 13, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to Treasure_queries@tjx.com, the winner’s surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.
Entrants to the Promotion shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 11. You can object by contacting Treasure_queries@tjx.com.
Without prejudice to paragraphs 11 and 12 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 11 to the Advertising Standards Authority upon their request.
The Promoter may contact the winners and request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize acceptance.
