Treasure account & sign-in

Treasure is our loyalty programme at TK Maxx and Homesense. It’s our way of thanking customers for shopping with us.

Treasure is available in all TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland, tkmaxx.com and the TK Maxx app. Click here to find your nearest store.

Join Treasure online and add your card to your wallet via our app for easy, in-store scanning. Or you can also pick up a free Treasure card in your local store and register it online.

Your Treasure card number is the 8-digit number on the back of the Treasure card. Once you have registered, you'll also be able to find these details on your Treasure homepage when you are logged in to your account.

Yes, make sure you enter your AIN number on registration. You must enter TJX followed by your associate number.

Please check that you have registered your Treasure card at tkmaxx.com. If you haven’t registered, you won’t receive emails from us. If you have registered your card but are still not receiving any emails, please check your spam or junk email folders and add treasure@tkmaxxandhomesense.com to your list of safe senders or contacts. You should also check that your contact details are up to date at tkmaxx.com in the ‘My Account’ section. If you are still not receiving emails, please contact our Customer Service team.
 

Whilst online shopping is currently not available to customers from the Republic of Ireland, these customers can still be a part of the Treasure programme and access it via tkmaxx.com

To delete or cancel your Treasure account, go to tkmaxx.com and select the ‘My Account icon’, sign in, click on ‘Treasure’ then select ‘Cancel my Treasure account’. Please note, if you wish all your personal details to be deleted you will need to email Customer Services.

Alternatively, you can cancel your account via any of our emails by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe and cancel your account’ link at the bottom of the email.
 

Treasure Keys

  • Earn keys when you shop online (UK only) or in store.
  • To earn a key in store, scan your Treasure card at the till when you make a purchase.
  • To earn a key online, you must be logged into your TK Maxx online account, as keys can’t be earned through guest checkout.
  • You can earn a maximum of three keys per day, with one key per transaction at TK Maxx, Homesense, and tkmaxx.com. Shopping in dual‑branded or superstores counts as TK Maxx, so you can still earn keys at Homesense and online on the same day.

The keys you collect will appear on your homepage within the Treasure gem and in your key history. Different actions will affect how long it takes for a key to appear:
1.    In store transaction – up to 72hrs
2.    Online transaction – up to 24hrs from when you make your purchase
3.    Adding a receipt – up to 7 days
4.    Updating profile – next day
5.    Adding a key code – instantly
If your key isn't showing in your account within the timelines above, please contact us via email using the Contact Us form to let us know so we can sort it out quickly.

 

To complete your Treasure profile and earn a key, log into tkmaxx.com, navigate to ‘My TK’, click on ‘My Details’ and fill in all fields, e.g. First Name, Last Name, DOB, mobile number and saved address. Your key will then be automatically added to your account and you will be emailed the following day to let you know you have earned a key.

Treasure Rewards

Our rewards come and go, just like our product, so grab them while you can! If one reward runs out, it will be replaced by another.

In the UK: we offer both physical rewards and prize draw rewards. You can claim physical rewards immediately or enter a prize draw reward.

In the ROI: we offer physical rewards which you can claim as soon as you have collected your fifth key.

When you have the winning five-key combination, you will receive an email and your Treasure homepage will update to show the 'Claim reward' or ‘Enter the prize draw’ button. You will then be able to choose a reward.

Once you have the five-key combination, you have six weeks to claim a reward of your choice. A count down timer will appear on your Treasure homepage to show you how long you have left. We will also email to remind you to claim your reward before your six week window closes.

Please allow up to 30 days to receive your reward. Some rewards may take less or more time depending on whether they are physical or digital.

We will email you confirmation of your reward. If your reward still hasn’t arrived at the end of the 30 day period, please contact our Customer Services team.

Your Treasure Card

Yes, as long as you don’t check out as a guest and use the same email address for your online order as that registered to Treasure, your purchases will automatically be added to your account.

Keep hold of your receipt and enter your receipt details online. You can do this by signing into Treasure, navigating to ‘Add a receipt’. Please note, it can take up to seven days for transactions to appear on your account when added via this route.

Currently we are unable to capture online purchases for which you have not logged in.
