As you can see, it’s pretty easy

We do big brand frames for a whole lot less than your local opticians, and it couldn't be easier to get your new glasses

  • 1. Pick a big brand frame

We’ve got tons to choose from, all at fantastic value. Shop online or in store and find the perfect frame to suit your style.

  • 2. Fit your prescription lenses

Make sure you've got your valid prescription, then go to an optician or one of many lens providers, like Lensology.co.uk. Send in your frames and they'll send back your finished glasses. Simple.

How do I get my prescription?

Glad you asked. To get your prescription you’ll need an eye test, just pop into your local high street opticians. It’s super quick, easy and they’re often free. Most prescriptions are valid for 2 years, and you can then use them when buying lenses from an optician or online from one of many lens providers.

What glasses will suit my face shape?

To find the perfect glasses for you, first you need to identify your face shape. It’s a great way to narrow down your options if you’re a little overwhelmed with choice. Take a look in the mirror and see which of the below face shapes matches yours.

  • Round

When you have a rounder face it’s best to choose a style that will complement your softer features. Round faces tend to be a little shorter, with a wider forehead, fuller cheeks and rounded chin, so go for rounder frames rather than angular.

  • Square

If your face width and length are in proportion and you’ve got a broad forehead and a strong jaw, this category is for you. You may want to create more length in the face so opt for narrower styles that are still angular to complement your features.

  • Oval

Oval faces tend to have a softly rounded forehead and chin. Balanced proportions mean that almost all frame shapes will suit you, so go wild. We’d suggest choosing a style that’s a little wider than the widest part of your face.

  • Heart

A heart-shaped face tends to be widest at the forehead, gently narrowing towards the chin with softer features. Opt for frames that are a little wider than your forehead to offset this natural width. Perhaps a cat-eye or Clubmaster-inspired style.

How to measure your face

If you haven’t got a pair of glasses on hand, measure your face from temple to temple with a ruler instead. Hover the ruler over your face so that it hits right below your eyebrows. If your face teeters between sizes, go for the medium-sized frames.

You’ll feel a bit silly doing it but hey, all in the name of fashion.

Lookin’ good

Now you’re looking fly with a fresh pair of specs. Plus, you know how simple it is (with great value to boot), so why not select a couple more frames to change up your look?

Frames for fashion

Whether you wear glasses because you have to or you’re just channelling your inner hipster with clear lenses, we’ve got some top tips for you.

  • Match your frame to your face

If you have fairer features and lighter hair you’re better off staying away from black frames or super colourful styles. Stronger features can support a thicker frame while more delicate features are better complimented by thinner styles.

  • Vintage vision

Vintage styles are so hot right now. You’ve only got to take a peek on social media to see. So how about tapping into the past to find a vintage style that works for you. From 50s cat eyes to 60s Wayfarers and Aviators, classic frames are back in vogue.

  • Experiment with your glasses

Have some fun with different styles. From subtle sophistication to outrageous flair, don’t be afraid to explore what works for you. We’ve got a huge selection so you’re bound to find something fab. And at these prices you can afford try something new.
