You can now shop online but first, let’s talk safety. Find out more.

Our online store is open and ready to take orders again, and we're hoping it won't be too long before we can re-open our stores. While we’re delighted to be taking new orders again online, the safety and wellbeing of our associates and customers is a priority, so we’ve made some significant changes to the way we work to help us operate safely.

We’ve focused on three key areas:

  • Supporting personal protection practices for our associates in line with the latest government guidelines
  •
  • Implementing social distancing practices
  •
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation of our facilities and equipment

Some of the actions we’ve taken include providing associates with the necessary equipment to help them stay safe while they work, and the facilities to wash and sanitise their hands more frequently throughout the working day; managing the layout of our site and our work patterns to allow associates to maintain a 2m safe distance at all times and enhanced cleaning of equipment and facilities.

We’ve also adopted contactless delivery to help protect the safety of our delivery drivers, and you, our lovely customers.

Contactless delivery

  • Our delivery partner Hermes has put in place a number of measures to help protect their customers and drivers. Whilst this should not impact their delivery service, you will see some changes in how they’re delivering our parcels to you as they look to reduce physical contact.
  •
  • Wherever possible, please opt to have your order delivered to a safe place and minimise contact with our courier partners. This is safer for you, and them. You’ll receive a calling card once your parcel has been delivered. To help this, the Hermes app includes a new feature called My Places. Here you can upload a picture of your preferred safe place and leave notes for the courier.
  •
  • If delivering to your door, couriers will knock and wait at a safe distance to ensure your parcel is received. They’ll also ask for your name rather than asking for a signature.
