You can use our quick and easy Guest Checkout if you don't want to log in. Obviously we think it's best to log in so you can keep a record of your purchases, but the choice is entirely yours!
We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages). Don't panic! You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgotten your password" link on the My Account page. You will receive an email from TK Maxx Customer Services with a link to reset your password.
You can also change your password from My Account/My Details/Change password, though you will need your existing password to do this.
Your new password will need to contain at least 8 characters including at least 3 letters of lower case and upper case, plus numbers and symbols.
We use your email address as a unique means of identifying you. It is your login name for your account with us, and any communications regarding your order will be sent to this address. View our Privacy Policy to see how we take care of your personal details.
When logged in, you can add new delivery addresses as well as change the default billing and delivery addresses in My Account/ My Details.
