- Items must be returned with the original packaging & red tags still attached.
- Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on jewellery to be worn in a piercing
- Please keep in mind that our one of a kind pieces are preloved and preworn. They may show some very slight signs of gentle wear or normal ageing.
- Please be aware preloved jewellery may contain nickel. Customer's allergic to nickel or metals are advised to avoid items of jewellery that would come into contact with skin.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands but deliveries may take a little longer. We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland.

Returns
If you’d like a refund simply return the item within 28 days of the date of purchase, along with a full receipt and original payment method. Items can be returned either instore (see exclusions below) or via post. For additional details read our full Returns Policy.
Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on perishable items, jewellery to be worn in a piercing, items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed or customisable goods.
