Turning from fine jewellery amidst the years of the Great Depression Ciner excelled at costume jewellery and did so for nearly a century. Returns
If you’d like a refund simply return the item within 28 days of the date of purchase, along with a full receipt and original payment method. Items can be returned either instore (see exclusions below) or via post. For additional details read our full Returns Policy.
Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on perishable items, jewellery to be worn in a piercing, items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed or customisable goods.
