Yes, both TK Maxx and Homesense UK gift cards and e-Gift cards can be redeemed online at tkmaxx.com or in TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the UK.

You can check your balance by visiting our web balance checker at checkout, or by clicking on this link. Please ensure you remove all spaces between digits.

Yes, you can top up your gift card at any TK Maxx or Homesense store. Just ask an associate at one of the till points.

No, our TK Maxx and Homesense giftcards never expire.

One4All cards work in the same way as a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard. Enter your 16-digit card details in the Credit card payment space when checking out on tkmaxx.com.

If you are having trouble with a TK Maxx gift card purchased from a supermarket, please contact our Customer Services Team  If you are experiencing issues with a Love2Shop or One4All gift card, please contact Love2Shop or One4All directly.

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Services team by using the Contact form.

If you return an item purchased using a gift card, any refund will go back on to a gift card.

No need to print it out. You can present your e-Gift card on your mobile device.

You can put between £10-£100 onto a physical gift card, and between £10 and £250 onto an e-Gift  card.

No, you cannot use your UK gift card in a TKMaxx in Europe or Ireland. Gift cards can only be used in the country from which they have been purchased.

No, Flexecash and Love2Shop vouchers can only be used in TK Maxx and Homesense stores.

In store: Yes, if you are a Treasure customer and present your Treasure card, any purchases you make using a gift card will still provide you with a Treasure key. If you forget your card you can add a receipt here.

Online: Yes, if you are a Treasure customer and have signed in to your account and have not checked out as a guest, any purchases you make using a gift card will still provide you with a Treasure key.

e-Gift Card:: To add an e-gift card to your mobile wallet, click the link in your order confirmation email or head to our balance checker here. Type in your gift card number and PIN in the boxes provided, click ‘Check Balance’ and then click the ‘Add to Wallet’ icon.

Physical Gift Card:: To add a physical gift card to your mobile wallet, peel off the security label on the back of the card and scan the QR code using your iOS and android device. Your physical gift card will remain active.

If there is not a QR code on the back of the gift card, head to our balance checker on our gift card homepage here. Type in your gift card number and PIN in the boxes provided, click ‘Check Balance’ and then click the ‘Add to Wallet’ icon.

As our gift cards are sent via a 3rd party company, unfortunately we are unable to control the cost of the delivery.

If your payment hasn’t gone through, there is nothing to worry about. Just double check that your PayPal or card details are correct, give it a couple of minutes and retry.

If you continue to have trouble in completing your purchase, please feel free to try an alternative method of payment.

We don't automatically save your payment details, but if you want us to store this information then simply remove the tick from the box when you have entered your details. Your details will then be securely stored and you will not have to re-enter them when you place your next order. We have very high security standards and you can trust us to take good care of your details. If you don't wish to save your personal details then don't worry – you can simply re-enter your payment details each time you make a purchase.

When you submit your order, we pre-authorise the amount from your chosen payment method. If for some reason that order doesn’t go though, there’s no need to contact us, your bank will automatically remove that pre-authorisation charge within 5 days.
