If you purchased pair of sunglasses in one of our stores or online and would like a copy of the Declaration of Conformity for the product, please check doc.tkmaxx.com. If it is unavailable here, please email merchandise_compliance@tjxeurope.com. We will provide you with a copy of the Declaration of Conformity within 3-5 working days.

Complaints Procedure
If we get something wrong then we'll work hard to put it right. If you have a complaint it's best to try and resolve it at the time with the store concerned or with our Customer Service team using the contact details above.
In the unlikely event that our Customer Service team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure you may refer your complaint to The Retail Ombudsman which is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider. We will respond to any complaint referred to us by them.
