We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands but deliveries may take a little longer. We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland. Click for full delivery information

If you change your mind, no problem: you can return your TK Maxx product for a full refund within 28 days of the despatch date.

The product must be in fully re-saleable condition. Sorry but unless the good(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can’t refund the delivery charge.

For safety and hygiene reasons TK Maxx does not refund or exchange the following:

- Cosmetics that have been opened.
- Underwear (bras bought as separates can be returned) – if we believe it has not been tried on over your own underwear. We may make exceptions if the garment has a protective strip or we believe you have tried it on over your own clothing.
- Hosiery – if the pack has been opened.
- Swimwear - if we believe it has not been tried on over your own underwear.
- Earrings.
