Refund Policy

Shopping is like love: you just know when it´s right. Hence, our 14 day "Love Me or Return Me" refund policy. We reckon within 2 weeks you probably know whether you're in love with your TK Maxx purchase or not. If you're not, just bring it back in original condition with your receipt for an exchange or refund. It's quick, it's simple and you never have to say, "It's not you, it's me".

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange cosmetics, underwear, hosiery, swimwear, earrings and other intimates. This does not affect your statutory rights.
