HOW CAN I DE-CLUTTER?
We all know its difficult to get rid of our precious items so we’ve teamed up with fabulous fashion blogger, Katie of What Katie Wore for her top tips on how to de-clutter your wardrobe. Creating a new outfit everyday, must mean Katie knows a thing or two about working your wardrobe so follow her advice below, bring along those much loved but no longer needed items to any of our stores and revive your wardrobes with a summer fashion fix.
SEE WHAT KATIE WEARS
Trust me, I'm a real hoarder when it comes to clothes and shoes, so I thought that giving up some of my favourite things for good would be really tough. But, it's such a great feeling to know that even just by giving away a few things you can make a real difference. And you know what? It's actually not too difficult if you do it alongside de-cluttering your wardrobe. I’m donating the items below to Give Up Clothes for Good so if you happen to be passing a Cancer Research UK store in the next few weeks, you may just find them on the rails helping to raise money for a great cause.

KATIE’S THREE GOLDEN RULES
To help you decide what to donate, here are my three golden rules to help you decide what to give up for good:
- Start with the low-hanging fruit - anything you haven't worn or that no longer fits has to go. Think of it as making space for new, exciting pieces rather than saying goodbye to things you really love.
- Now you need to get a little more military about it. Take the opportunity to organise your wardrobe by whichever means works best for you. For me, that means colour-coordination. Trust me, by sorting things this way you'll soon discover that you've got four black skirts you never wear, or three almost identical tops.
- Open up your clothes for good donation bag and start putting things in it - trust me, as soon as that skirt you thought you couldn't do without is in there it becomes a donation and is no longer the skirt you're struggling to part with!
We want to hear your tips on how to de-clutter your wardrobe too. Simply tell us in less than 25 words your best tip on how to part with old items and you could get your hands on a TK Maxx gift card worth £50.
