Q. There are no HomeSense stores in my area. What should I do?
A. We are sorry about that. We are growing so hopefully there will be in the future.
In the meantime, we suggest you might like to look in your local TK Maxx store (there are 253 of these in the UK and Ireland) as most of our TK Maxx stores carry great quality, great value homeware. [Please note that the TK Maxx stores in Charing Cross, Ealing, Wood Green, Brent Cross, Kensington High St, Tooting, Putney, Leyton Mills, Gracechurch St City of London and York Coney St do not carry Homeware.]
Q. What is happening to my recent order?
A. Please don’t worry - all orders placed will still be processed.
Your recent order will be winging its way to you according to the method of delivery you chose. If you haven't received it in the timescale you expect, then contact our Customer Service team on (01923) 473561 or email us at customerservice@tjxeurope.com and we can look into it for you.
Q. Can I still return something I bought recently?
A. All items purchased are still covered by our return policy. You have 21 days from the date of your despatch note to return the item, and you can return it either by post or in any of our stores (HomeSense or TK Maxx). Click here for our full returns policy.
Q. I have an evoucher that I was going to use to buy homeware. What can I do with it?
A. Have a good look on our TK Maxx website – perhaps you will see something else that takes your fancy. If it is specifically homeware that you are after, then please do call our Customer Service team on 01923 473561 or email us at customerservice@tjxeurope.com and we will arrange to exchange your evoucher for a store gift card. Please note that this exchange must be done through our Customer Service department and unfortunately cannot be arranged by our store staff
