Tracked Standard

Tracked Standard delivery within 2 working days £3.99

  • Orders must be placed by 2pm to ensure 2 working days delivery.
  • Orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 working days longer. A full list of postcodes affected is available here.
  • Orders placed on Thursday by 2pm, will be delivered within 2 working days, which would be the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday by 2pm, will be delivered within 2 working days, which would be the following Wednesday.
  • You can track your parcel at any time through the reference number supplied in your confirmation email. Please note that if your order is split over 2 parcels only 1 tracking reference will be supplied.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7.30 am and 9pm. We're sorry but we can't give you a more specific delivery time than this.
  • Unfortunately we can't deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • A signature will be required on receipt
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.

Next Day

Delivery available Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays): £5.99.

  • From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 2pm to ensure next day delivery. Next Day delivery is available for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
  • From Monday to Friday, if orders are placed between 2pm and 5pm we will endeavour to send your parcel out to you the next working day, however we can not ensure next working day delivery unless the order is placed before 2pm.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order between 2 and 5 pm on Friday we'll try and deliver on Monday. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Can’t wait that long and placing your order before 2pm on Friday? Then check out our Saturday delivery.
  • Next day delivery orders placed after 5pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be delivered by the Tuesday.
  • Unfortunately we can’t deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. We’re sorry but we can’t give you a more specific delivery time than this.
  • A signature will be required on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour and will leave a calling card telling you where it has been left.
  • If the parcel can not be left with a neighbour they will leave a calling card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or collection pick up.
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
  • For Highlands and Islands we currently do not offer next day delivery, therefore we recommend standard delivery.
  • With the DHL service you can track the progress of your delivery through the DHL tracking service (using the reference number from your despatch note). Please note that if your order is split over 2 parcels only 1 tracking reference will be supplied.

Saturday

  • Orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday to ensure delivery on the Saturday. Saturday service is only available to mainland UK.
  • If an order is placed between 2pm and 5pm on Friday we can not guarantee Saturday delivery, so It may not be delivered until the following Saturday.
  • If an order is placed after 5pm on Friday for Saturday delivery it will be delivered on the following Saturday. Therefore we would recommend you select Standard or Next Day delivery if you require your parcel sooner.
  • They are ordered after 5pm on Friday the delivery will be on the following Saturday.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and noon. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
  • A signature will be required on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour and will leave a calling card telling you where it has been left.
  • If the parcel can not be left with a neighbour they will leave a calling card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or collection pick up.
  • Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
  • For Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland we do not currently offer Saturday delivery, therefore we recomend standard delivery.

  • Please note we do not currently deliver to Jersey and Guernsey
  • Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to either PO boxes or BFPO addresses. We are looking in to being able to offer this service in future.
  • Please be aware that delivery to the following postcodes may take up to 3 days even with DHL delivery:
