• For mainland UK if your order is placed before 2pm it will be delivered within 3 working days.
• Most parcels will be delivered within 3 working days. However orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Highlands and Islands may take up to 4 working days longer.
• Unfortunately we can't deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
• Our carriers will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. As much as we’d love to, we can’t give you a more specific delivery time than this.
• Your order will be sent out with the most suitable carrier, depending on its size, weight and value.
• If a signature is required and you are not available to take delivery of your parcel the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or collection pick up.
• If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour and will leave a calling card telling you where it has been left.

Delivery available Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays): £5.99.

• From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 2pm to ensure next day delivery. Next Day delivery is available for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
• From Monday to Friday, if orders are placed between 2pm and 5pm we will endeavour to send your parcel out to you the next working day, however we can not ensure next working day delivery unless the order is placed before 2pm.
• Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order between 2 and 5 pm on Friday we'll try and deliver on Monday. • Next day delivery orders placed after 5pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be delivered by the Tuesday.
