Terms and Conditions

  1. Prize draw open to UK residents aged over 13, excluding employees or an immediate family member of an employee of TK Maxx or any other person who is directly connected with this promotion.
  2. Entrants under the age of 16 must have the permission of their parent or guardian before entering.
  3. To enter: sign up for the hot@rrivals email newsletters and you will be automatically into the next available draw.
  4. No Purchase Necessary.
  5. Draws close at midnight on the 16th of each month, and there will be one draw every month between December 2008 to April 2009.
  6. 1 x Monthly Prize of £200 TK Maxx Gift Card. Standard terms and conditions apply.
  7. Winners will be selected in a random draw supervised by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Draw to take place within 7 days of each closing Winners must respond with 14 days or risk disqualification and should allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
  8. There is no cash alternative nor any alternative prize offered in whole or part and prizes are non-transferable.
  9. The promoter cannot accept responsibility for any delays, damage or loss in transit of any prize.
  10. For a list of prize-winners and their counties, please send a stamped SAE to \’TKMAXX HOT RRIVALS NPN (state Month), PO Box 101 Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WQ, after the relevant closing date.
  11. Prize winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion.
