  1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged over 18 at date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and their agencies.
  2. No purchase necessary. A valid email or postal address is required.
  3. How to Enter: complete the entry form and send it to TK Maxx, Freepost RRGL-CKZC-HUCK, Clearview, Derby, DE65 5FJ by 12th October 2008 and you will be entered into the draw. Only one entry per person.
  4. The Prizes: there are 1 x £500 TKMaxx Gift Cards redeemable in any TKMaxx store. Cards are valid for one year from date of issue.
  5. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable.
  6. The winners will be selected in a random draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, on Monday 3rd November 2008 from all eligible entries received prior to the closing date.
  7. The winners will be notified using the postal address submitted as part of their entry. Allow 28 days for receipt of prize.
  8. Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for undelivered, lost, late, illegible or otherwise incomplete entries. Proof of submitting response is not proof of entry.
