We also verify that the Information Management Service adheres to procedures regarding the protection of your personal information that are no less strict than our own.
In using the Site, and in particular by opting in to the collection of your personally identifiable information, you consent to the collection and use of this information by TJX UK in the ways described above.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and in what circumstances we disclose it.
Security
We employ stringent security measures to protect our data from unauthorized use. Firewalls are implemented to protect our servers and network from would-be hackers and other unauthorized users. TKMaxx.com exercises great care to provide secure transmission of your information. Unfortunately, no transmission of information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any such information you transmit to us. Accordingly, you make all such transmissions at your sole risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make out best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

The Site is operated by TJX UK from its offices in Watford, UK and these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England.
No other reproduction, re-publication, re-transmission or other re-distribution of any part of this site in any medium is permitted except with the consent of the copyright owner or in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. For example, you may not (and may not authorize another party to)(i) co-brand the Site, or (ii) frame the Site, or (iii) hyper-link to the Site, without the express prior written permission of an authorized representative of TJX UK. For these purposes, "co-branding" means to display a name, logo, trademark or other means of attribution or identification of any party in such a manner as is reasonably likely to give a user the impression that such other party has the right to display, publish or distrbute the Site or content accessible within the Site. You agree to cooperate with TJX UK in causing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or hyper-linking immediately to cease.
Opting Out
After you opt in, you may always opt out of receiving communications from us by clicking the Unsubscribe link on this page. To opt out, please use the same email address as that which you used to opt in originally, otherwise it may not be possible to comply with your request. Also, please allow at least sixty (60) days for communications to cease and for us to delete your personal information from our active database. Additional time may be required to complete the deletion of your personal information from any other non-active storage files we might maintain as part of our normal business practice.
TK Maxx Instant Win Competition
- Promotion is open to all residents of UK aged over 18, excluding employees of TJX UK, their families, agents and third parties or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- The promotion runs between 20th - 29th September 2007 in our Ilford store; 4th 13th October 2007 in our Arklow store; 27th October 10th November 2007 in our Corby store; 20th September to 13th October 2007 in our Hull store; 18th October 10th November 2007 in our Nottingham Trinity store; 1st 24th November 2007 in our Bristol store; and 11th 27th October 2007 in our Portsmouth store.
- The prizes : 1 x £1,000 TK Maxx gift card and 200 x £10 gift cards to be won in our Portsmouth, Bristol, Hull and Nottingham stores; and 1 x £1000 TK Maxx gift card and 100 x £10 gift cards for our Ilford, Arklow and Corby stores.
- To enter: scratch off the panel to reveal a symbol, then check out the posters in the store to determine if it is a winning symbol and if which prize you have won.
- Prize claims should be made at the TK Maxx Customer Service desk. All claims must be supported by the relevant scratchcard which will be retained once the prize has been validated and issued.
- No Purchase Necessary. Ask at customer services. One free scratchcard per person per day.
- There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
