Based in our home office, Natalie is a store operations specialist.
Every week I take the business findings for the weekend and the requirements for the week ahead, then figure out how they'll be communicated to stores. This involves translating goals into achievable tasks, in language they understand. Put simply, I ensure we communicate to our audience at the right level - from store managers to associates.
Perhaps what I get the most satisfaction from is that my team have protected our store management and associate population from unrealistic expectations and tasks, or communications they don't understand. This enables them to spend more time concentrating on running their store.
I think TK Maxx has given me the confidence to push the boundaries, constantly challenge, and ensure my opinion is always heard. Coming out of university, I didn't quite know what I wanted to do - I didn't think I'd end up in this role but TK Maxx has guided me every step of the way, and allowed me to progress in areas that I've found interesting.
Everything is so exciting within TK Maxx. We're expanding, we're relocating, we're experimenting with different products, and we're introducing fantastic IT equipment. That's why we're attacking everything at a hundred per cent pace - something that I was absolutely put on this planet to do.
