Helping customers is what Tee does best.

I'm a sales associate and I work for the Staines branch of TK Maxx. Because we have deliveries on a daily basis, my team play an important part in processing the stock. We make sure stock from the processing room gets out onto the shop floor correctly. And we do lots of other things too. That's what's good about TK Maxx - you're not stuck doing one thing. You get a chance to do everything.

It's very hard work so you've got to be committed and you've got to be loyal. It's all about working together and understanding each other - so being a good communicator and getting on with the public is also really important.

We're all developed as individuals in that we all have our own developmental plans. If we want to progress, move on or look towards other things, then the support is in place to help us do so. And it's not just our store managers that'll support us - managers in higher positions will also do everything they can to help.

Since I've joined TK Maxx I've found I've got a lot more confidence. I used to be very quiet and shy - but now I've really come out of my shell. They've helped me, they've developed me, and I've progressed within the company. Now I couldn't imagine life without TK Maxx.
