If you change your mind, no problem: you can return your TK Maxx or HomeSense product for a full refund within 21 days of the despatch date.

Fill out the returns section on the despatch note you received with your delivery and send it to us along with the item you’re returning. The product must be in fully re-saleable condition. Sorry but unless the good(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can’t refund the delivery charge.

For safety and hygiene reasons TK Maxx does not refund or exchange the following:

- Cosmetics that have been opened.
- Underwear (bras bought as separates can be returned) – if we believe it has not been tried on over your own underwear.
- Hosiery – if the pack has been opened.
- Swimwear - if we believe it has not been tried on over your own underwear.
- Earrings.
