Sport Relief
For the first time ever, we have joined forces with Sainsbury’s to sell the exclusive Sport Relief T-shirt designed by the whole Beckham family and yes, that includes Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
So far, over our 5 year partnership we’ve raised £6.3 million for Comic Relief through Red Nose Day. Supporting Sport Relief through selling the T-shirt gives us both another opportunity to contribute financially to this fantastic cause and to grow an even stronger partnership.

Comic Relief
TK Maxx has been working with the charity that helps people suffering poverty or social injustice in the UK and Africa since 2005. We’ve raised over £6 million for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day campaigns. Our campaign for 2009 was incrediably exciting with Stella McCartney joining us in our efforts to make the official Red Nose Day t-shirts the most successful ever. A huge thank you to everyone who bought a t-shirt or gave a donation – we raised £3.3 million.
Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading charity dedicated to research on the causes, treatments and prevention of cancer.
TK Maxx has worked with Cancer Research UK since 2004 and this partnership has led us to develop a special 'Together for Kids Fund' that’s dedicated to researching childhood cancers. To date we’ve raised over £7 million worth of stock and cash for Cancer Research UK.
This year, we proudly supported Cancer Research UK’s Little Star Awards. The Awards recognise the challenges faced by each and every child confronting cancer, saluting their courage and bravery. As a special treat this year, the first 200 Little Star nominees received a £100 TK Maxx gift card.
Action for Children (formally known as NCH)
We’ve supported Action for Children for more than 10 years. We’ve raised funds to help the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK break through injustice, deprivation and inequality so that they can achieve their full potential. Like Action for Children, we believe all children and young people have unique potential and that they should have the support and opportunities they need to reach it.
Every one of our stores has a direct link to a local Action for Children project, so money raised helps disadvantaged kids in the local area.
Enable Ireland
Long-time partner Enable Ireland supports children with disabilities and their families, and covers all aspects of a child’s physical, educational and social development from infancy through to adolescence. We’re keen supporters of this charity and raised over €500,000 in stock and cash donations for them in our most recent campaign.
The Classroom Project
TK Maxx has developed an exciting new partnership with Comic Relief and Save the Children to fund a project to build 16 classrooms and educate 7,500 children in Western Uganda. You can support the Classroom Project by purchasing one of our fabulous Juco (cotton and jute) ‘bags for life’ from any TK Maxx store.
The Community Fund
In addition to our national partnerships we have developed the Community Fund. This is an exciting initiative launched to support the local charities our associates are personally involved with. Through the Community Fund we’re able to focus our resources on supporting causes that are important to our employees where they live and work.
